I'm Rhett Edwards, a licensed counselor in Spring, Texas. I work with adults, teens, and couples through talk therapy, Brainspotting, and LENS neurofeedback — in person and online across Texas.

The approach

You're not a diagnosis. You're a person with a story.

A lot of people picture therapy as lying on a couch being analyzed. That's not how I work. A session with me feels more like a real conversation — honest, unhurried, and grounded in where you actually are.

Alongside talk therapy, I offer two focused tools when they fit: Brainspotting, which helps the body release stuck trauma and anxiety, and LENS neurofeedback, a gentle, drug-free way to settle a nervous system that won't slow down.

The work

Life can feel like a mess of colors, cluttered on a canvas.

It's my job to help you see and use those colors to produce the beautiful mosaic that it is — so you can live with greater freedom. Therapy is an artform, unique to each person.
