For the things talking alone can't quite reach.
Brainspotting is a focused, body-aware approach that helps you process trauma, anxiety, and stuck emotional patterns — the stuff that lingers long after you understand it.
Sometimes you can know exactly why you feel the way you do and still feel it anyway. Brainspotting works below that thinking layer, helping the nervous system finish processing what it's been holding onto.
"Where you look affects how you feel."
The idea behind Brainspotting is that the position of your eyes is linked to where distress is stored in the brain. Together we find a "brainspot" — an eye position connected to what you're working through — and stay with it while your brain does the processing, at its own pace, with me alongside you.
You stay in control the whole time. It's gentle, it doesn't require you to retell every detail of what happened, and many people find it moves things that years of talking couldn't.
