Here's the plan. Four months, one goal.

The whole point of this engagement is simple: more of the right people finding you online and reaching out. Right now your site and Google profile are quietly under-performing — not because anything's badly built, but because the back-end setup that makes a counseling practice findable was never finished. Below is exactly what I'll knock out, month by month, and how we'll know it's working. If it goes faster than four months, great — we pull the later work forward.

✓ Your new site is live at rhettedwards.com. Here's the short list of what's still on your side — none of it blocks anything, it's the finishing layer.

  1. The LENS-in-session photo + a quick entrance/parking shot — your office, exterior, and Pin Oak sign photos came through (thank you!) and they're on the site and your Google profile. The over-the-shoulder LENS shot is the one still missing, and it's the big one. Why: the LENS-in-action frame is the single highest-value image on the whole site. Stage it with a stand-in (not a real client) and film the video below in the same sitting.
  2. Record the 2–3 minute LENS video — just you talking, the way you'd explain it in the room. Phone camera is perfect; your existing YouTube clip is holding the spot until then.
  3. Send the brain-mapping wording — once you hear back from the LENS developers, send me the language you want and I'll fold it into the site and your Odyssey listing.
  4. Okay your reviews — tell me which of your Google reviews I can feature on the site (I'll show first name + last initial only), and how you want to handle replying to them — I'll send you the two options I flagged.

The bright spot we're going to amplify.

Here's the most encouraging number I found. The people who land on your LENS Neurofeedback page spend an average of seven minutes and eight seconds reading it — and basically nobody leaves without exploring further. When the right person finds that page, it lands. The problem is that only about ten people a month ever get to it, because it's buried at the bottom of your site and your Google profile doesn't surface it.

That's the whole strategy in a sentence: you already have content that converts and a modality (Level-2 LENS) that almost nobody in your metro offers. We just need to put it where people can find it. Most of this plan is doing exactly that.

Not everyone finds a therapist by Googling a name. This month we put you in the other places people look, and set up a rhythm that keeps reviews coming in long after we're done.
