05 — What I'd need from you

Three things, that's it.

  1. Admin access to your Squarespace — add ezra@ezrajacksonbailey.com.
  2. Admin access to your Google Business Profile — same email.
  3. Pick a tier (and any add-ons) — reply to my email with what you want. I'll send a quick invoice for the deposit, we set a kickoff for the following week, and I get going. Essentials kickoff is 30 min; Tune-Up or Full Build is 45–60 min.
06 — On ads

Fix the foundation first.

We talked about ads on the call. Honest answer: running ads to a site with broken links and empty business info is paying to send people through a leaky funnel. Once we get the Essentials done, we can revisit ads 90 days later with real data on what searches you're already showing up for — that tells us exactly what'd be worth paying for.
