Your site needs some love, not a rebuild. Here's where to start.

The punch list, in plain English.

• 01 Learn More buttons on your homepage aren't working. The ones for Brainspotting and LENS Neurofeedback. Confirmed live on our call.
• 02 Your page titles all say "Rhett Edwards." Google sees three pages titled identically and basically shrugs. Each one should describe what the page is — your homepage should say something like "Rhett Edwards, LPC — Counseling & LENS Neurofeedback + Brainspotting in Spring, TX."
• 03 The business-info block in your site code is empty. This is where Google looks for your address, hours, phone, and services. It exists structurally but has nothing in it. Filling it in is one of the highest-leverage fixes on this list.
• 04 Your LENS and Brainspotting pages are only reachable from the footer. Most visitors won't scroll that far. They should be in the top nav.
• 05 Your Google Business Profile is half-built. You've got 12 reviews at 4.9 stars — better than your local competitors — but no hours listed, no service tiles, no posts, no owner-responses to those 12 reviews. Google reads that as "this listing is unmanaged."
• 06 Your 12 Google reviews aren't on your site. Prospects looking at rhettedwards.com can't see them. They're sitting on Google only, doing half their job.
• 07 A few stock photos in the Specialties section. Fine, but real photos of you and your office would punch way harder.

Plus standard SEO foundation work — meta descriptions, sitemap, dialing back the Squarespace animations — that I'd batch into whatever we end up doing.

Three ways in. Pick where to start.

Each tier is paid monthly. The active build happens up front — usually month 1, or months 1–2 for Full Build — and the remaining months are built-in watch + tune: small content updates, GBP post cadence, review response coaching, performance monitoring. So you're not paying a lump sum and immediately wondering what comes next. Anything you don't pick now can be added later, and no pressure to go big — Essentials honestly fixes a lot.

What each add-on actually is. Bundled or solo.

The Tune-Up and Full Build tiers bundle most of these in. If a full tier isn't quite right, start with Essentials and pick whichever of these you want on top — or grab the always-optional ones alongside any tier.

Three things, that's it.

3. Pick a tier (and any add-ons) — reply to my email with what you want. I'll send an invoice for month 1, we set a kickoff for the following week, and I get going. Months 2 onward auto-invoice on the same day of the month. Essentials kickoff is 30 min; Tune-Up or Full Build is 45–60 min.

Fix the foundation first.

We talked about ads on the call. Honest answer: running ads to a site with broken links and empty business info is paying to send people through a leaky funnel. Once we get the Essentials done, we can revisit ads 90 days later with real data on what searches you're already showing up for — that tells us exactly what'd be worth paying for.
